The Lonely Hearts Club Mission Statement:
"Supporting the Morale, Welfare and Betterment of Military Service Members"

The Lonely Hearts Club is based at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Geogia.  After years of heavy Air Force deployments at Dobbins, it became very important for military families to reach out to one another, support each other, and support our deployed members.  For this reason, a group of military spouses with a strong desire to volunteer and support Dobbins started their own non-profit charity called "The Lonely Hearts Club".  The Lonely Hearts Club is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.  Our goal is to raise funds which support the morale, welfare and betterment of military service members and their families.     

Our volunteer base is growing at a steady pace. With this growth we have been able to accomplish more and have a larger impact upon our military community. We welcome new volunteers with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a cherished part of The Lonely Hearts Club.  We meet on Saturday of UTA weekends at Verhurst Hall at 2:00.  Child care is available during meetings.

Lonely Hearts Club Upcoming events:

May UTA-  Wing Picnic 11:00am.  Come join us for free food and games.  Lots of activities for the kids.  Watch demonstrations from our Fire Muster Teams, Explosive Ordnance Disposal technicians, and Military Police teams.

July UTA:  Popcorn Sale at Cumberland Sears.  All profits will go to support TLHC.  Please join us for a shift selling popcorn to shoppers on Sunday from 11:00am until 5:00pm.  Or stop by and buy a bag of popcorn!

October UTA:  Wing Dining Out at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead.  Tickets are on sale now and priced by rank.  See your squadron representative to buy tickets.  Also remember to reserve your room at the Ritz for a special military rate of $129.
